My third Joomla site - Hotel website

Post by BradC » Sun Feb 22, 2009 10:36 pm

URL: http://www.baysideburnie.com
Template: Custom design by me
Additional Extensions: ChronoForms | Xmap | RokSlideshow | mod_Placehere | The Flash Module

The Online Reservation panel on the left is for a online booking/reservation system if I can find a good one and should look like image attached.

Any comments welcome.

Thanks ryanha

The template is very basic and was setup just for this client, so no guarantee it will work. You will need to supply your own images and manually place the files in your Template folder.

Excellent, beautiful site! Quite elegant, yet still warm and inviting.

Great design, nice appearance and easy to navigate!

Thanks Josh

That is strange. Other words are fine, why 'df'? is that a bug or a security issue?

Yeah, I just hit random keys to test it and that popped up. Weird, huh? Maybe it's too short of a search string....

Edit: Yeah, I typed 1 and 2 character items for a search and got the error; however, when typing 3+ characters I get the working search results. Perhaps some conflicting setting/code? Not sure, but hope that helps.

Hi BradC, you've done the Apple Isle proud !

Can you publish the links to your other Joomla sites?

What about your personal website?

Hi Subadai

Have not yet done a personal website, that's still on the drawing board.

This is another Tassie Joomla site I've just completed

If you know your way around Joomla and how templates are used, it shouldn't be a problem.

Nicely done! Many hotel/motel sites are cookie cutter, bland and boring. Your custom template really sets your site apart from others. Site performance isn't bad either. Keep it up!
