yes this website is using 100% joomla framework and entire page is created by joomla. Seo tools are joomla modules and template is ja_purity.

Joomla is so great to manage content, users and there are many other extensions available to realise a project. In the same time a great community, i always find an answer for my questions in joomla wiki or forums.
