This site uses JA Tube template from Joomlart for a recent new business start-up in South London, offering accountancy services and tax advice to contractors and SEMs.
Plenty of CSS tweaks but no major additional extensions at present. Had to use Jumi to get the the tax calculators working.

The hyphen/dash in the URL is generated by the core Joomla SEF feature.
I beg to differ on Google seeing them as spammy. You need something to separate the words, and currently dashes or underscores are the two primary options. Mr Cutts from Google says, currently, to go with dashes/hyphens out of the two.
