Can't see the menu buttons(new, save edit) inside the backend. So 1 day later after searching Joomla Forum i find out the only way is edit the database.
I Solve my Problem by Setting the "Position" of the modul "mod_toolbar" back to toolbar.
But in Joomla i can't save, so i have to open my database with myphpadmin and change it there.
I am wondering that there is no way inside the Joomla Backend to switch it Back. How ever
my Problem is Solved now.
