World's Ten Best Flags

As seen on [red dit]. A bear carrying an axe is the world's best flag.
FWIW, my current home state of Georgia has just about the worst flag:

For example, according to Wikipedia, "the golden volleyball" on the Kyrgyz flag, means this:
"... a yellow sun in the center having 40 rays representing the 40 Kyrgyz tribes; alternate interpretations suggest 40 warriors of the mythical hero Manas....In the center of the sun is a red ring crossed by two sets of three lines, a stylized representation of the crown or tunduk of the traditional Kyrgyz yurt, a symbol replicated in many facets of Kyrgyz architecture. The red portion of the flag represents the peace and openness of Kyrgyzstan."
