Albanian Police and Secret Service release picture of "the watch"

As a treasured family heirloom, the President of the US wants his watch back and a joint operation by the Alabanian Secret Police and the US Secret Service have issued this picture in the hope it will be recognised and returned.  A $10 reward is offered, which is about a years salary in Albania.
