Idea: Update Core Com/Mod for Tableless and Semantic Markup

This idea is one to improve something that exists. Currently with 1.5, we can override modules and components in the template. That is fine and all, and necessary, but it would make Joomla stronger to have the core output more semantic markup without tables, or to at least have the option to switch in the params.

I personally would love to do this, and know many a template maker would also enjoy this upgrade.

This in and of itself would not necessarily be a full project, but would be a big task.
