Access phpmyadmin?

I’m nearly ready to launch a website I’ve been developing locally on my iMac (Softaculous/AMPPS/Joomla 3). In preparing to upload the site to a web host, I understand one option is to export the database from my local host and import it to the web hosting service.

Step 1 is to access phpmyadmin to initiate the export but I don’t even know how to access that. Any guidance is appreciated. Thanks.
