مشكلة رفع الصور من الجهاز إلى الموقع

عندما أريد رفع صوره من الجهاز إلى الموقعتظهر لي رسالة الخطاء التالية

JFTP::store: Bad response
WARNFS_ERR02
Error. Unable to upload file

أرجو منكم المساعدة في حل هذه المشكلة

Try disabling the FTP Layer. In the Global Configuration settings in the backend of Joomla go to the Server tab and in the FTP settings set "Enable FTP" to No. Save your changes then try to upload.

حاول تعطيل طبقة بروتوكول نقل الملفات. في إعدادات تكوين العالمية في الخلفية لجملة انتقل إلى علامة التبويب الخادم وإعدادات بروتوكول نقل الملفات في مجموعة "بروتوكول نقل الملفات تمكين" لحفظ رقم التغييرات ثم محاولة إيداع.
