che versione di Joomla hai?
Che versione di PHP c'è sul server che ospita il tuo sito?

Hai appena installato Joomla o è una installazione precedente che prima funzionava ed ora non funziona più?

riesci ad accedere all'amministrazione di Joomla?
Hai un backup recente da provare a ripristinare?
Hai fatto per caso qualche operazione recentemente? come la modifica del template o l'installazione di qualche estensione?
