كيف تحمي ملف index.php في نظام جوملا 3

ملف index.php الظاهر في المرفق كل مرة اقوم بتغيير خيارات الوصول الى الافتراضية يقوم مخترقون ويغيرونها ويتعطل الموقع
كيف أقوم بحماية ئلك الملف ومنع المخترقين من الوصول اليه
اريد الحل
