Naming user group

Hello!

I'm one of the members of croatian Joomla forum crojoomla.com. We are planing to start meetings for Joomla users in our country and one unprofit organisation for FLOSS web software. That is all good, but in spirit of Joomla we wish to register JUG. Problem is that we can't use country name, as stated in "Group Naming Convention". We will realy be "active" in whole country (we are nation of 4.5 mil. people) so we don't want to use only one city name in jug name.
Q: Is there a chance to use some word that can implies whole country or realy must be city / region?

i think that this has been discussed before and the rule is in place to stop people from "owning" or "controlling" the jugs within a country.

do all your Joomla users attend just one meeting? or do you have seperate ones?
for those attending one meeting from accross the whole country then turns into a joomladay or similar.
