Can't contact the JRD Team

I have tried several times to send a message to the JRD Team / Help Desk and the messaging app is not working. It keeps asking for content in the message and clearing the memo box.

Could someone please fix the message submission form.

I do not know why my site is not being listed in the JRD. [url]https:\\www.joomla-dev.com[/url] is the URL. :-\

Is there any tentative timeline to get the listing approved on JRD. I submitted my listing around 2 months back and there is no response so far.

Major Milestone: All Applications have been Reviewed!

When we set out to create the new JRD there were over 350 submissions waiting to go through the approval process. We’re happy to share that we have reviewed of all of these submissions! Moving forward, our goal is to process each new submission within a two week period of time.

You should have received an email if your submission was approved or placed into a pending status. If your listing is pending, review the JRD Approval Process to be sure you have met all criteria. One of the most common reasons submissions were not accepted was because it was not clear how the applicant is actively volunteering for the Joomla Project. You can log in to update your submission by including links to your forum.joomla.org profile, your volunteers.joomla.org profile or by adding details about how you volunteer to support the project.

Other reasons applications were not accepted is because the applicant did not have a working website, there were issues with the trademark and/or disclaimer on the applicant’s site or the site had a language issue. Once you resubmit the application, we will be happy to take another look - just make sure to update your support ticket. If an applicant does not respond to their ticket within three months, the ticket will be closed.

Right, you reviewed them by not doing any investigations and just rejecting people you personally hadn't heard of. That is not called doing your job.
