Exclusive Service Providers?

I filled out a form to be a Joomla Resource - which I was led to believe meant that I could provide quality Joomla websites. I was "denied" for a reason I can't understand. Seems my application got mixed up with being a Contributing Member of the "Joomla Community"

I have been using Joomla since it was Mambo way back and would like to be listed in the Service Providers Directory please.

even we tried to get listed in Web hosting provider list I guess I have filled in the details years a go but no update not even a reply if the application is accepted or rejected..I feel that section if directory listing is inactive.
