JoomlaFCK editor set up issues (Aspell and CSS)

I have the editor working and I like it however I have two problems that I need to figure out.

1. How do I obtain and set up their spell checker (Aspell)?

2. There is a problem with the CSS file not being able to be found (no mater how I tell it where to look) so it is not showing in the edit window. I have tried various settings as well, use the editor css, don't, use template css, don't, use custom css, etc...What am I doing wrong?
