Joining and publishing article

Hi.
I want to join Joomla magazine and publish some articles, but Register button redirects to login page.
Where and how can I register as an author?

I see that same behaviour from this page, https://magazine.joomla.org/authors and clicking the link on the right under "Become an Author"
