Off-line Site - Offer Password Reset

I noticed today that when my staff goes to my off-line site, there is no password reset option available.

This would be helpful for staff during a time of downtime. Please consider adding the option.

so its a feature request?
and what if during it being offline you do something withthe users database that would reverse their reset? its offline, so unavailable so they shouldnt be able to do anything to the site. its OFFLINE
