Different Homepages by User Group Access

It would be very helpful if Joomla would include in it's core code a way to assign a different homepage and menu by user group access level.

This would be extremely useful for those who are trying to use Joomla as both an internet and intranet site. I've tried the NOMAD plugin in Joomla 3.8 but it didn't work, at least not for me, but the idea seemed simple enough as was the interface. And I know there has to be other users out there that this feature would benefit for those of us who use Joomla because we don't know php or javascript coding. Maybe something for Joomla 4?

Different menu is easy.

1) Create new user groups a child of Registered.
2) Create access level for the new groups
3) Create a menu for each group + Guest
4) Set the menu modules to the access level that show for the group.

The Home page may depend on what Menu item type you will use for them.
With Featured Articles, the selection of articles will change with the access level.
