I'm a member of the Joomla User Group Rio de Janeiro and we want to create our group in the forum. Who can assist me on that? What to do now that group creation is down?

please get your group leader to post a request as directed in the banner text on the groups page, also check that you are in the registered jug list http://people.joomla.org/groups.html
