I wish to get an account in people.joomla.org

I am ready to register a China Joomla User Group and they told me that I have to create a J!People Discussion Groups,but now, I cannot register in the people.joomla.org.Then what should I do???

Not quite true

Minimum Requirements for Submission:

2 different contacts and 2 unique email addresses
People.Joomla.org group (named the same as the JUG) or a website detailing your User Group
City or Regional area supporting this JUG
Commit to keep the information in the database up to date.
Commit to meet physically at least twice a year.
Postal Code (for radial map searches)
HU2HY- Poor questions = Poor answer
Un requested Help PM's will be reported, added to the foe list and possibly just deleted
