your site is looking good.
1. Select the default theme as some bright color.
2. SEF friendly URL is not implemented properly.
3. Keyword selection and On - Page optimization is poor.
4. Lots of scope for Improvement, Ask ur self the qns, if any client visits ur page what they will look for.
Generally users will scan the website for what they are looking for.
that is missing in ur site. :-)
