I'm trying to copy this list/menu ....

But when I'm in Joomla I see this....

I don't know what this means. The website is http://www.plainenglish.co.uk/ Can anyone help please?

Menus are usually modules and you can duplicate a module or use the same one in many places. see https://docs.joomla.org/How_do_you_put_ ... article%3F
