Problem: No error reports are showing up while in Maximum Error Reporting mode.
Server option is set to Maximum Error reporting.

When I click on the page which is showing up as blank, there are not error report on the bottom or anywhere on the page.

Anyone know why this isn't working?

is PHP "display_errors" enabled?

I am not sure where that is. Where is it?
