Hi! I'm totally new to Joomla and a novice. I have run into a problem recently with uploading pictures to the RokGallery. This happened once before and our web administrator fixed it but charged a lot for the fix.

Here is what happens. The upload goes to 100% and then an error message appears:
"An error occured: Rollback failed. There is no active transaction."

What does this mean and how do I fix it? I have tried reading other forums but they all get very technical very fast. Does anyone know how to explain this to a newbie in layman's terms?

Would totally love if anyone could help on this problem. Still experiencing the same error message and can't move forward. Anyone out there know what's going on?!

Try to install a fresh rokgallery, use the latest version from their site http://www.rockettheme.com/docs/joomla/ ... rokgallery, that is step one. After that maybe try uploading images using ftp manager, not joomla media manager, try if that works.
