Blank Page after cPanel login and other issues. Please Help

We were apparently hacked a week ago and Google reported the site as having malware.

A friend tried upgrading Joomla after which we could no longer login to the cPanal admin page.

We then ended up paying GoDaddy to clean the site.They cleaned it last night and Google now shows it as clean too.

We have 2 issues now:

1. Cannot login to cPanel throught website.com/administrator. We get the login page, I put in credentials, then get a blank white page.

2. The bottom of the page on the public site shows some "Joomla Debug Console" that was never there before.

I have run the FPA tool and posted the results below. Please can someone walk me through on how to fix these issues?

for this issue may be some authentication plugin issue and joomla debug plugin enable due to this happen. pm me your site and other detail so i able to check and told you proper reason for this issue.
