Unable to upload images or documents

After a table crash was repaired on the servers of my hosting company I logged in as usually to my site as administrator and found out that it was no longer possible to upload any image or document to the site; an error message appeared {"status":"0","error":"Uploaden bestand niet mogelijk."} translation: upload file impossible

As administrator i have the highest rights of access/modifying/uploading
Has anyone a solution?
