Errors in administrator after exporting site

Hello,
I ‘ve just exported my site from a hosting to my local pc, but the problem. It’s when I want to make a change it says that I don’t hav access, and there’s some other problems where it doesn’t show up all the information it’s like missing some configurations

Did you use akeeba to export the site?
