Contact form issues

I have taken over the management of a website with version Joomla! 2.5.28 Stable. They are having issues with the contact form not working on firefox and also not sending to any bigpond emails since changing from one bigpond account to another. The website is http://bundanoonhistory.org.au please advise.

1. Try to update Joomla to Joomla 3.8.5. Your version is outdated.

2. Try to send mail test by using default Joomla application on "System" -> "Global Configuration" -> "Server" -> "Mail Setting".

Thank you, how do i update it? I went into the mail settings and changed the email address, however its still not working, when you send the form it says Contact not found. Any ideas?
