Error when accessing more than one user simultaneously

Hello,
We work with Joomla 2.5.28.
Today we open an event and we had so many users at the same time and we detected a big security error in our platform.
Suddenly, when two or more users are connected, if they access at the same time at one page, their user changes, and all of them access at this page whith the same user and they can see the information of this user.

What can it be? how can we solve it?

Do you have cache enabled? In Global Configuration or 'System - Cache' plugin?

In Global Configutation -> System -> Cache configuration: we have this configuration:
- Cache: disabled - cache disabled
- Cache manager: file
- Cache duration: 15
