How can i access GET REQUESTS parametr 'id'?

I can't access tohttp://jjoo.sev/dobavit-ob-yavlenie/post_ad?catid=19 url's id parametr in template file?

Can you please confirm if your question is about PHP coding in Joomla or something else? Which template file?

The URL is broken, the domain does not exist.
