Template for Smartphone viewing?

Hello. Is there a relatively easy way to make my joomla site readable on smartphones and not just on full-size computer screens?

Almost all the templates that come nowadays are responsive. Even the template Protostar that comes with Joomla is responsive. So, you can see the sites on different sizes of screens on various devices.
