Akeeba Restore

I have restored a site using akeeba backup and kickstart.php.

Everything seems to go ok during install then when I launch the site i get an error:


Error

You are not authorised to view this resource.

Also on the admin page when I try to login it just refreshes the page, with no error message...

All the permissions look the same as the site on previous hosting...
