Reordering Articles in header Topic is solved

I want to reorder these contents in header: Home Lectures, Gallery, Upcoming events, Commentaries, The secretariat, Archives. For instance, so that The Secretariat comes second after Home. I have gone to Articles management but could not get a headway. Please can anyone give me some advice?

go to Menu items manager, open The Secretariat and set it order after Home (right part of page)

Thanks. I see below at the right side as you said. But clicking "ordering" does not show the possiblity to reorder them

try select first or second item in "Ordering" drop-down list ans save changes,

I have used another system through Menu items, then drag and drop buttons on the left. It worked for the parent menus. The next puzzle is now how to move the sub menu from one parent menu to another parent menu. Any idea??
