Featured Article Image not showing

I'm new to joomla and I was asked to help with a site and I can't figure out why the Featured article images aren't displaying properly on the main page. Using module: VTEM News Show.

The extension is likely in conflict with something else, but more importantly, you should get updated to Joomla 3.9.3
