Disabling some options in front end

When a member is creating an article, there are some pretty advanced options they get. Options like

1. Setting Access Level
2. Article, Image, Pagebreak, Read more buttons below the editor.
3. This message: Ordering: New articles default to the first position in the Category. The ordering can be changed in back-end.
4. Alias for SEF URL

I dont want members having this type of contol. Can it be removed?
