How to restart the Joomla installation

How to restart the Joomla installation without wiping the database or the FTP.
I simply need to restore it to the default part where you install it again.

i don't understand if you want restart installation why do you need to preserve the db data ?

To completely install your Joomla again (without having to erase all and copy the files to your server:

You will need to copy the 'installation' folder back to the server. This folder was erased after finishing with the installation.
You will also need to delete the configuration.php file. Before you do that, you might want to make a backup of course.

Now, when you visit your site, you will be presented with the installation screen, asking you to choose a language.
