How to edit core files & move scripts & styles

Hello,
how can to edit joomla core files and move the .js & .css to bottom of the page before </body>?

I know for some plugins but don't wanna use them.

Do yourself a HUGE favor, and DON'T alter the core.
You'd also help yourself immensely by upgrading to the current Joomla Version.

That's why people make the neat plugins, don't you see?
Don't HACK the Joomla! core, Instead "Extend" and/or "Override."
Stay ON the update path.

Ok, I can try to create override, but don't know wich files to edit.
