404 Not Found

Hello,
I have used Joomla! 2.5 for my web page and everything went well. But when I arrived to my site after couple weeks, i found that my index page went wrong. Particularly when I go to address www.vlfoto.cz, there is error "404 Not Found - The requested URL / was not found on this server. Apache/2.2.15 (Cloud Linux) Server at www.vlfoto.cz Port 80".
I tried to rename htaccess file and change SEO settings, even reinstall Joomla! as an extension, but all without success.
Can you help me, please?

this view is ok: http://vlfoto.cz/administrator/
So you can check in file .htaccess and file configuration.php with $live_site
