12 Second Load Time on my website

My Website partytime-inflatables.com takes 12 seconds to load. Can't seem to find a solution. Go Daddy says its not their server problem. Sometimes the template wont load correclty.

Go Daddy support said the following today.
Links are hard coded to static IP, the SiteLock Firewall has it's own IP's , this is causing conflicts and broken links, also contributing to slower load times.

I get "access denied" aswell..

go back to basics.
disable sitelock - does that affect the speed?
why are you hardcoding ips?
run and post the forum post assistant so it may give a clue to what else is going on.
