Cannot switch language !! Help

My site has three languages (TW,ZH,US) that's default is TW.
It suddenly changes ZH to default when I link the homepage by IE.
(http://www.xxx.com -> redirect http://www.xxx.com/zh)
And I cannot switch to TW.
(I click "www.xxx.com/tw" to redirect "www.xxx.com/zh" but "www.xxx.com/us" is okay.)

I try to use another browser to test , and that has no problem.

Do anyone has any ideas or solutions for the issue ??

What is your site's URL so that others can view what is happening?

In the Plugin Manager, for the plugin "System - Language Filter", for the option "Language Selection for new Visitors" what value is set? The values are "Browser Settings" and "Site Language".

Also, be informed that is a user visits a site that has been already visited by him/her, due to cookie settings he/she may be directed to the language that has been already visited by him/her.

This behavior could be controlled by the option "Cookie Lifetime".

Also, suggest the following:

- Go to the Module Manager
- Filter the modules by Administrator
- Publish the module Multilanguage Status (after this, a link with the text Multilanguage Text would appear in the status bar in the backend)
- Click on the link "Multilanguage Text" that is in the status bar, a pop-up window with the details of the Multilanguage implementation would show up. Post the image of that pop-up window

I purge expired cache and clean cache on Joomla host and then it is normal .

I have same problem with this post so i don't want to create new topic for this.
My site amc.edu.vnhave two language, Vietnamese (default) & English languega.
Now i can't click to Vietnamese (link in top, right) to change language site to Vietnamese languega.
please take a look to my attached pictures for detail.

i'm using Joomla! 2.5.6.

i'm also try in FF & Microsoft Edge, it works but in Chrome, this problem still happend.

Now when i type amc.edu.vn in Chrome (53.0.2785.143) it's redirect to http://amc.edu.vn/en/dang-nhap and showing 404 - Page not found.
dang-nhap is one menu item, used for Vietnamese language, it's mean login with link (index.php?option=com_users&view=login)

The true link is
amc.edu.vn/vi/dang-nhap

as that menu item is specifically for Vietnamese, NOT English.

I suggest you associate the menu items in English and Vietnamese.

But, also, it's time for you to move to 3.6.4

Thanks for your advice. i know right menu is amc.edu.vn/vi/dang-nhap and i should create menu associated for English.
My point is why when i typed domain is automatic redirect to this url (amc.edu.vn/en/dang-nhap), could you tell me how to find and fix it?

No way to really help without access to your site as SuperUser.
But, try to clear all caches (joomla and browser).
Cache may be the issue as I can't reproduce your issue here on my browser.
