SOLVED: Unintelligible redirection after migration Topic is solved

Goodmorning everyone,
I ask please help wrinkle a problem I can not get on a Joomla 2.5 site just migrated from a c-panel server to a new c-panel server using Akeeba
On the old server, entering www.nomedominio.ext you are redirected to www.nomedominio.ext/it and the site works normally
Still on the old server, the joomla files and folders are in the main /public_html/ directory and there is no subfolder /it/
After migrating to the new server with akeeba, entering www.nomedominio.ext you are redirected to www.nomedominio.ext/it and the site does not work, showing the error: Not Found - The document was not found on this server.
No additional domains / aliases / subdomains are configured in the c-panel of the old server of the new server

Is this a Multi-Language Site?

Have you enabled the Language Filter Plugin?

Note that Joomla 2.5 have been EOL for 4 years. The current version is 3.9.0
