Canonical tag mystery

Hi guys

I have searched all over the place for a solution to this but still cannot fix

I have inherited a joomla 2.5.11 site with 95% of content in Zoo 2.6.4

I will be upgrading this in a couple of months but in the meantime I have the following link appearing:

<link href="http://www.mysite.com/section" rel="canonical">


This appears on what looks like every Zoo page but its pointing to the http URL when the site is force https

Obviously this is a big duplicate content problem and I'd like to fix it immediately

Anyone know where i can find this in zoo?

I have no SEO plugins on the site so its not coming from that

I would suggest that you contact yootheme the authors of zoo.

Did that but actually found it deep inside a Zoo controller, I thought i searched it already but... :-[ - thanks for the suggestion, it led to the solution!
