My site is this http://www.arhontiko-kordopati.gr/ and on footer I have added some keywords in roughly the same color as the footer. You say I have a problem with Google;

Hi,According to me, it would be improved,if you can change design in your site. There will be a little more change in footer part. even you do not need to change the color, just use footer,content and image in a single page.

Still,if you find a problem regarding ranking,so I can say only On-page is not responsible for it. You can promote it in general way,as doesn't seem spammy!!
