Adjusting components in url

I have a website where the url is constructed as:

http://www.[spam].com/component1/c ... 2/pagename

Fictive example: http://www.travel.com/travel/grouptravel/ireland-10days

Is it possible to rearange the components in the url so it will be like:

http://www.travel.com/ireland/grouptrav ... and-10days

Is this possible and if yes how can i change this?
