An Item/Data View I Dont Know The Name :(

Hi all
I need a data/item view like attached image
I have 4 variables data that I wanna enter via joomla
(In the right sideone, it is ENTER COMMENT)
No need for these 4 variables clickable
but it must be sortable and searchable
<CITY-PROVINCE-VILLAGE-FAMILY-COMMENT (clickable)>

Any extension? Or Can i do it within joomla itself?

Please can you be more specific what do you want to show? Are they articles? Table full with content? What do you need exactly?

It is a component in my 2.5.x Joomla, showing 4 values
Component name JABBOARD (edited)
By values; I mean for example YOUR NAME - SURNAME - FATHER - BIRTH PLACE
or
CITY-PROVINCE-VILLAGE-FAMILY-COMMENT (clickable

They are not articles but they can be an article subject i think (may be we can show as category list view??)

Yes, still same question is in my mind. Is Joomla dying???
There used to be lots of JOOMLA MASTERs. More people was using joomla, and they help each others.
I'm writing this being a Joomla user since 2005
