Extension to post "TO" Facebook needed

I am looking for an extension which I can use to post Featured articles from Joomla v2.5x to Facebook. Ideally, it would be nice to have the posting controlled by a tag or command within the article so that I can control which articles got to FB.
Preferably a free extension but will consider paid extensions.

As Joomla 2.5 is EOL of December 2014, it's best to update to 3.8.7 first.
