Can't access Admnistration Panel (Blank Screen)

when i try to accesso my administration panel i get a blank screen.
I've read all the post i've found on this but i can't solve it.

Someone has hacked your website and edited the index.php of the isis admin template with the following code in the head

I tought it was a failsafe protection of joomla.

Now i can login but i can't edit / save articles.

What could be causing this ?

Solved:

It was an error in a .htaccess file with a rule suddenly introduced by an update/plugin or banned by the host.

I had to comment it out adding a # and enabling a failsafe protection from the host.

Nor hacks nor joomla security involved.
