Cannot login to back-end

I cannot change the password to login - tried in the database and also the server tech people tried it with no luck. Also tried resetting the password, doesn't work.

Am getting tons of spam messages and users but can't login to do the necessary security.

The FPA was too long for this message so I put it into a text document, please see attached.
