I can't access to administrator after a hosting migration

Post by RafaMath » Wed Nov 22, 2017 11:22 pm

Hello,

Recently I've migrated my web joomla to another hosting. When I access to the web, I can see articles in the main page, but there is not menus. When I try to access to administration page, this page doesn't charge, and I don't have any error message (I suposse the user is in DB). When I try to access in the user form (frontend) I have an Error 500.

What can I do??

Try to run fpa. You may refer here >> viewtopic.php?t=582860 then post the result here.

Turn error reporting to maximum on your configuration.php

Check your last hosting running what version php and compare with the latest hosting.

How did you move the site ? If you still have access to the site then use Akeeba to move the site. See https://docs.joomla.org/Copying_a_Joomla_website
