How to rewrite subfolder to root folder in web.config

After successfully deploying a site, I've moved it from Sub-Folder to root. Now each time I try access anything, it would have the sub-folder name in the URL. How can I remove it.

Ex: If I am accessing an about-us page both URL's work well i.e.

1. osmaniconstructions.com/about-us.html and
2. osmaniconstructions.com/osmaniconstructionswebsite/about-us.html

I am trying to find ways to remove /osmaniconstructionswebsite/ from the above URL.

Following are the details of my Hosting:
OPERATING SYSTEM: WINDOWS
PHP VERSION: 5.3
IIS VERSION: IIS 7.0
.NET VERSION: ASP.Net 4.0/4.5
web.config enabled (renamed)

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Additional information:

The first URL I mentioned i.e. osmaniconstructions.com/about-us.html is manually entered however the other URL i.e. osmaniconstructions.com/osmaniconstructionswebsite/about-us.html is automatically loaded.

Please help.

1. Have you cleared the Joomla! Cache?
2. Have you edited temp and log path in configuration.php?
3. Try to set the $ live_site in configuration.php
